<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a milking device for cooling milk and at the same time preparing hot water for cleaning on the other hand and storing the same so as to aim at the energy saving. <P>SOLUTION: This milking device is provided by cooling the milk by a second water heat exchanger 5, at the same time elevating the temperature of supplied water to 50 to 60°C instantaneously at a first water heat exchanger 3 and storing in a hot water storage tank 13. At the hot water storage tank 13, the temperature is elevated with an electric heater by utilizing midnight electric power and the hot water is stored at 70°C. The hot water elevated to 70°C and stored in the tank is utilized as the cleaning warm water of the milking device. By constituting a heat-pumping device performing the cooling of the milk and preparation of warm water for cleaning the milking device at the same time, it is possible to aim at a highly efficient energy consumption. The temperature of air introduced into the cleaning device is elevated in an air-heating device 17 and then the air is introduced into the cleaning device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
