<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scan driving circuit which can make a change of a waveform of a scan signal small even if a clock malfunctions, and an organic light emitting display using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The scan driving circuit includes a plurality of stages each configured to operate on receiving two of the three clocks generated one after another, to receive and delay an input signal by a predetermined time, and to output an output signal, wherein the input terminal of each of the plurality of stages is connected to the output terminal of a previous one of the stages. Each of the plurality of stages includes: a switch for turning on/off a connection of an input terminal according to an input from a first clock terminal; a switch section for receiving a first voltage at the output terminal according to the clock from the first clock terminal, for receiving the input signal from the input terminal through on/off operation of the switch, and for preventing the first voltage from being transferred to the output terminal according to the input signal; and a storage section for maintaining a voltage of the output terminal for a predetermined time, and for transferring a voltage of a clock from a second clock terminal according to the input signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
