<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device which has directionality in optical axis direction and less irregular radiation characteristic of an outgoing light, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same by using a simple and convenient mold. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device is provided with a substrate as a runner wherein wiring patterns apart from each other are formed on the main surface of a substrate and a sealing resin is injected into gaps among the wiring patterns, a light emitting element which is die-bonded on the substrate, and a resin part which packages the light emitting element by using the sealed resin injected from the runner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
