<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for confirming the magnetic pole position of a stator winding and a magnet rotor, and to provide a correction method. <P>SOLUTION: In a motor controller for driving a motor with a position detector based on the magnetic pole position of a stator winding and a magnet rotor, the method for confirming the magnetic pole position comprises a step 1 for obtaining magnetic pole position information at current timing for conducting the motor winding, a step 2 for disconnecting a motor controller and a motor and driving the motor externally, a step 3 for measuring an induction voltage generated from the motor at the step 2 and a current command generated from the positional information of the motor by a position detector, and a step 4 for determining the gap of the magnetic pole position from the phase difference between the induction voltage measured at the step 3 and a current command. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
