CELL ELECTROPHYSIOLOGICAL SENSOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell electrophysiological sensor for performing high-accuracy measurement and its efficiently manufacturing method.

SOLUTION: The cell electrophysiological sensor is made by together bonding a thin plate 4 having a first through hole 5, a holding plate 1 having a second through hole 6, and a container plate 2 having a third through hole 7 above the holding plate 1. This sensor is stuck to a part of a joint boundary face between the holding plate 1 and the container plate 2 via a part of an external form of a first electrode 3 formed in a ring shape.
