PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program for embedding data together with data of a curve shape and extracting to utilize the data when inputting a third-order Bezier curve. SOLUTION: Software functioning on hardware of a computer defines four points generating the curve as a start point, a first control point, a second control point, and a terminal point in the order of input. The software defines contact points by putting together the start point and the terminal point. A program comprises four point input reception processing, and data extraction processing. The extraction processing extracts a ratio (hereinafter referred to as s distance ratio) between a "distance between contact points" and a "distance between the start point and the second control point".
