PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink fan device which is attached to a case with neither using a component such as a screw nor deforming a device case and is highly productive. SOLUTION: The device case 1 is placed with an upper wall 11 down and a heat sink 2 is inserted to the device case 1 from an upper part with a radiation fin 22 down. Then two sidewalls 12a, 12b are pushed outward so as to engage the projection pieces 23a, 23b of the heat sink 2 with the recession parts 122a, 122b of the device case 1. A cooling fan 3 is put into the device case 1 from the upper part so as to be fixed to the device case 1 with fixing pins P. Consequently, the two sidewalls 12a, 12b are prevented from being simultaneously opened outward, so that the heat sink 2 is prevented from coming off the device case 1.
