PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, system and device for controlling communication quality of a power saving wireless LAN which maintains an effect of power saving control and multicast communication quality. SOLUTION: An AP sends broadcast data [1-1-11], [1-1-12] and [1-1-13] only after transmission of beacon signals with a delivery traffic display map [1-2-1], [1-2-3] and [1-2-5] in a cycle n-times (n=2 in Fig.) as long as a cycle of transmitting the beacon signals with the delivery traffic display map [1-2-1] to [1-2-5] ([1-1-1] to [1-1-5] are multicast data). An STA 1 operating under the power saving control which does not perform multicast data communication, shares information of the n-time cycle with the AP, and shifts from a sleep mode to an awake mode at a constant cycle which meets conditions to receive the beacon signals with the delivery traffic display map [1-2-1], [1-2-3] and [1-2-5] transmitted in the n-time cycle with certainty.
