<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign-language support system capable of easily and efficiently performing and supporting sign-language service, which is performed in general facilities, regardless of a located place or a working place of a sign-language interpreter. <P>SOLUTION: An event management terminal 3 comprises: a device management means 31 for controlling and managing each device which is installed in an event hall 2; a sign-language interpretation management means 32 for managing at least two or more interpreter terminals 4 which are located in a remote place; a progress management means 33 for managing a progress state of sign-language work which is performed by the sign-language interpreter according to a performing situation of the sign-language service; and a work management data base 34 for storing and managing information regarding the progress and work state. The interpreter terminal 4 comprises: a hall televising means 41 for receiving an image obtained by a device installed in the event hall 2 and displaying it on the interpreter terminal 4; a sign-language distributing means 42 for taking an image of the sign-language interpreter and transmitting it to the event hall 2; and a work management means 43 for managing the work state of the sign-language interpreter while synchronizing with the progress managing means 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
