PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid container which can facilitate removal of the sealing function without particular difficulties at the time of removing the sealing function from a firmly fixed sealing body with the sealing function. SOLUTION: A waste ink tank 30 as the liquid container stores an ink which includes moisture. An upper end opening 30b which is a point exposed to the ink is fixed to the waste ink tank 30 to be sealed by a first film member 34. The first film member 34 is comprised of an upper film layer 34a formed with polyethylene terephthalate being made a material, and a lower film layer 34b formed with a mixture of a polycarbonate and a poly-lactic acid being made a material.
