PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guiding device for an operating lever which allows users to reliably stop the operating lever at an operation limit position while preventing a lever guide from breakage. SOLUTION: The operating lever guiding device is provided with stopper bolts 43 that come into contact with a lever arm 30, which is integral with an HST lever 18 and has an L-shaped vertical cross section, at a swing limit position of the lever 18 to prevent the lever 18, which swings back and forth of a body, from swinging around a swing center shaft 35 on the base of the HST lever 18 beyond its swing limit, and that can adjust swing limit positions of the lever 18. A bolt mounting stay 41 with the stopper bolts 43 mounted is placed in cross direction on the top of a tube section 34a of a tubular stay 34 supported by a travel frame 2a of the body 2.
