PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomous movable body which can guide a specific person according to a situation around the specific person. SOLUTION: When a specific person M enters in a building, a mobile robot R runs in the building with a travelling device 1, detects three-dimensional information, and creates a three-dimensional map in the building. After creating the three-dimensional map, it guides the specific person M in the building, while following the specific person M. Also when emergency such as a fire arises, it forms the shortest path to an emergency exit, and leads the specific person M to an emergency exit along the shortest path. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
