PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter which does not deteriorate an adhesive material layer to contact with an oxide involving zinc when using a conductive stacked body containing the oxide of zinc. SOLUTION: By forming a thin film layer containing at least one of periodical table fifth group or sixth group elements between the conductive stacked body in which a high-refractive index thin film layer is stacked on a metal thin film layer containing silver or silver alloy and a layer containing the oxide of zinc further is disposed thereon, and the adhesive material layer, the optical filter which suppresses the deterioration of the adhesive material layer and has high reliability with respect to environmental resistance can be provided.
