PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal separation assisting device with general purpose performance in which device a posture of a container containing blood etc., can be controlled on centrifugal operation and a container containing blood etc., can be easily put in/out from a centrifugal holder. SOLUTION: A centrifugal separation assisting device 10 is to be inserted into a centrifugal holder of a centrifugal separator to centrifugal-separate a liquid mixture of a plurality of components. The device 10 is equipped with a cushioning body 11 into which gas and/or liquid is sealed.
