摘要 A thermal convection field/substance diffusion field design supporting method and system in which the number of numerical simulations for examining the design parameters to realize a design target are significantly reduced, and which are rich in versatility and convenience. The design supporting method comprises a forward analysis step S3 of analyzing a thermal convection field or a substance diffusion field by solving the equation of the thermal convection field or the substance diffusion field according to the initial set values of the design parameters, an inverse analysis step S6 of analyzing the sensitivity defined using the ratio of a variation of the design target to a variation of a design parameter by solving the adjoint equation corresponding to the design target according to the set design target, and a sensitivity display step S7 of allowing a display unit to graphically display the information on the analyzed sensitivity thereon.
