An RTV(Room Temperature Vulcanizable) type titanium dioxide-based photo-catalyst composite, a manufacturing method thereof, and a coating method thereof are provided to improve the performance of pollution control, deodorization, air purification, and antibiosis. An RTV type photo-catalyst composite comprises 1-5 wt% of titanium dioxide diffused in a nano-particle type, 0.1-10 wt% of stabilizing agents selected from inorganic acid materials and a mixture thereof, a basic solution for neutralizing the stabilizing agents, 1-50 wt% of alcohol, and 1-80 wt% of water. The stabilizing agent is selected from nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and a mixture thereof. |
