MICRO-FLUID REACTION VESSEL, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE VESSEL, AND METHOD OF MICRO-FLUID REACTION USING THE VESSEL

A micro-fluid reaction vessel and a method of micro-fluid reaction using the same vessel are provided to remove use of tapes to block the inlet and outlet holes for preventing fluid evaporation during reaction by restorably closing the micro-channel. A method for manufacturing the same vessel is also provided to reduce the manufacturing costs by eliminating etching process of a lower plate and inexpensively copying an upper plate through elastomer molding. A micro-fluid reaction vessel(100) comprises: an upper plate(105) made of elastomer; a lower plate(101) adhesive to the upper plate; a micro-chamber(110) and a micro-channel(113) formed in the inner side of the upper plate facing the lower plate; and an inlet hole(116) and an outlet hole(117) for inlet and outlet of fluid, formed in the upper plate, wherein the micro-channel is restorably closed by the pressure applied to the upper plate during micro-fluid reaction.
