A mold interval maintaining device is provided to couple a tie bolt with a cone nut easily by fixing coupling pieces of a housing to a vertical scaffold of the mold, and to recover the coupling nut rapidly when separated from a tie bolt coupled with the cone nut by inserting a spring in the housing. A mold interval maintaining device comprises a supporting part(10), a housing(20), a coupling nut(30), and a cone-shaped spring. The supporting part is formed with an arc shaped part(11) whose upper surface is bulged. The housing is extended with coupling pieces(21) corresponding to two sides of the outer periphery of the lower end thereof. The coupling nut is drawn from an upper side of the supporting part and passes through a lower end of the housing. The coupling nut has an upper end with a rotary part(31), and a lower end with a cone nut(32). The cone-shaped spring recovers the coupling nut when separated from a tie bolt coupled with the cone nut.
