摘要 A transparent semiconductor electrode and a dye sensitive solar cell using the same are provided to improve the transparency of the electrode and to improve a light scattering effect by using second oxide particles made of a low refractive material. A transparent semiconductor electrode includes a semiconductor layer. The semiconductor layer(14) contains first oxide particles and second oxide particles. The first oxide particles(55) have a refractive index of 2 or less. The size of the second oxide particle(50) is larger than that of the first oxide particle. The refractive index of the second oxide particle is in a predetermined range of 2 or less. The size of the first oxide particle is in a range of 100 nm or less. The size of the second oxide particle is in a range of 100 nm to 10 mum. The semiconductor layer is formed like a single layer structure.
