<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start a recording operation of a channel before change when there is probability of viewing broadcast of the channel (original channel) before change even after the change such as temporary switching in switching and change of channels. <P>SOLUTION: A cell phone unit with a television broadcast viewing function is provided with two television broadcast receiving tuners 13, 14 so that television broadcasts of two channels are simultaneously received.
