<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent peeling of an IC module and prevent peeling of a protective member covering an LSI. <P>SOLUTION: A portable electronic device comprises: a card base K having a holding recess 9; the IC module 1 comprising a substrate 2, the LSI 3 mounted on one side of the substrate 2 and a resin 6 covering the LSI 3, and stored in the holding recess 9 from the side of the resin 6; and a rib 11 projected toward the inner bottom of the holding recess 9 on the periphery of the one side of the substrate 2 of the IC module 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
