<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy manufacturing process for flexible tubes used for an endoscope. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the flexible tube comprises the step of preparing plates 48 used for a plurality of shell layers, the step of preparing at least a plate 50 used to form at least an inner shell layer to be located below a plurality of these shell layers 48, the step of producing laminate plates 48, 50 by stacking the inner layer plates 50 on top of the shell layer 48, the step of forming laminate tubes 48, 50 by winding these layers together in the manners that the shell layer 48 can come outside of the tube, and the step of fastening together both the ends of the laminate tubes 48, 50 running in parallel longitudinally. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
