<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooking device which solves a problem that a scratch spreads easily over a wide range when a pan or frying pan is moved to slip the upper surface of a top frame during cooking due to a step above the upper surface of a top plate. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooking device has convex sections 31 on the upper surface of a top frame 30 at about 50 mm pitch, and catches the bottom face of a pan or frying pan with crowning points of many convex sections on the upper surface of the top frame.
