PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a transmission speed and to inhibit an occurrence of spurious signal by shortening a non-communication time zone without increasing a response speed of a telecommunication system. SOLUTION: A communication frequency bandwidth BB of 2,402-2,425 MHz are divided to three sub frequency bands SB1, SB2, SB3, and 24 channels 02Ch-Ch25 corresponding to 2,402-2,425 MHz are assigned to three sub frequency bands SB1-SB3. When a communication frequency f is established as one channel frequency in one sub frequency band, the next communication frequency f is established as any channel frequency in the sub frequency band and other sub frequency band adjacent to the sub frequency band.
