PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate the necessity of providing another container at initial mixing of an electrolyte, and also to obviate the necessity of performing the injection work of an electrolyte into the main body of a liquid resistor many times, and to facilitate the concentration adjustment of the electrolyte into an electrolyte auxiliary tank and the main body of the liquid resistor, and also to dispense with another container even at concentration adjustment of an electrolyte. SOLUTION: The electrolyte is stored in an electrolyte auxiliary tank 8 attached to the tank 7 of the body 6 of the liquid resistor to contain an electrolyte. This liquid resistor is provided with an inlet 10 for water which has a first valve 9, and an inlet 12 for electrolyte stock solution which has a second valve 11. The electrolyte auxiliary tank 8 is provided with a liquid circulating pump 13 which agitates and mixes the stored electrolyte, the water, and the electrolyte stock solution by circulation. The inflow of the electrolyte from the electrolyte auxiliary tank 8 into the body 6 of the liquid resistor is provided with a third valve 16. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
