PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave detector wherein position information stored as a malfunction source is not deleted unnecessarily. SOLUTION: This detector includes a microwave detection part 10 for emitting an alarm following reception of a microwave, a GPS reception part 20 for acquiring position information and time information when receiving the microwave, and a control part 30 for performing renewal control or the like of information on the malfunction source based on signals from the microwave detection part 10 and the GPS reception part 20. The control part includes a malfunction source information storage part 32 for storing malfunction source information wherein the position information of the malfunction source is correlated with the detected/registered time information, a report control part 31 for controlling operation of the microwave detector based on the malfunction source information, and a malfunction source information deletion part 33 for deleting the malfunction source information. The malfunction source information deletion part deletes when the microwave is not received under the condition wherein the position information and the time information agree with each other.
