PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device capable of letting warm air reach user's buttocks efficiently while reducing area of a part where the sanitary washing device covers a bowl of a toilet stool and to provide a toilet device provided with the sanitary washing device. SOLUTION: This sanitary washing device 100 is constituted in such a way that this device is provided with a main body part 400 incorporating a water discharge nozzle 615 and a warm air blowing-out duct 624 and provided in an upper part of the toilet stool 800, a front face of the main body part has a backward recessed curved face 402, the recessed curved face has such a shape that a part near the center is high and height is gradually reduced toward right and left end parts, and at least one opening part that one end parts of the water discharge nozzle and the warm air blowing-out duct face and an openable and closable lid body for blocking the opening part are provided near the center of the recessed curved face.
