PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein this reason results from a falling accident by high lift work and complicatedness of a job site, though casualties in an industrial accident occupy a higher rank in a construction industry even in respective industries, since risk in work is high, due to being much in a part relying on manpower, in conventional form assembling. SOLUTION: An accident can be fairly reduced, by forming a comfortable work place, by making a work (work place) environment such as a manufacturing factory (without searching about each time by always arranging a tool and equipment and materials) of the so-called general company of setting a work place within a specific range.
