PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of ventilating a columbarium capable of performing dehumidifying, disinfection, and extermination of harmful insects by forcibly and automatically ventilating the columbarium. SOLUTION: An intake port 5a and an exhaust port 5b communicating with the outside are formed in the right and left walls of the columbarium of a shrine composed of the columbarium 5 formed integrally in a hollow box shape in the ground and a tombstone 1 placed on the columbarium 5.
