PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an enzyme-treated natural rubber latex having cost merits in environmental and economical points of view and provide a natural rubber and its rubber composition. SOLUTION: The method for producing an enzyme-treated natural rubber latex comprises the enzyme-treatment of a natural rubber latex after adding a bactericidal agent and/or a bacteriostatic agent to the latex. The bactericidal agent is one or more compounds selected from ethaneperoxy acid, glutaral, phthalal, sodium hypochlorite, povidone iodine, iodine tincture, ethanol, isopropanol, isopropanol-added ethanol solution, chlorhexidine ethanol solution, phenol, cresol, chlorohexyl gluconate, benzalkonium chloride, benzethonium chloride, alkyl diaminoethylglycine hydrochloride, acrinol, oxydol and formalin, and the bacteriostatic agent is one or more compounds selected from benzoic acid, sodium benzoate, ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, butyl p-hydroxybenzoate, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate and phenoxyethanol.
