PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trunk structure which easily carries out the opening and closing of a trunk or the taking-out of stored articles even when parked in a place where small spaces are left on left and right sides of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The trunk 14 arranged on a vehicle body is provided with: an outer case 81 which is mounted on the vehicle body and covers the outside of the trunk; and an inner case 83 mounted inside the outer case 81.
