PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet which is excellent in rigidity, has an enough antistatic effect, and is especially excellent in obtaining a molding having a good wall-thickness distribution when the composite sheet is thermoformed. SOLUTION: The composite sheet has a surface layer (B) containing 100 pts.mass of a polyolefin resin comprising 98-50 pts.mass of a polypropylene resin and 2-50 pts.mass of a polyethylene resin and 10-30 pts.mass of a polymeric antistatic agent on at least one side of a substrate layer (A) containing 100 pts.mass of a polyolefin resin comprising 50-80 pts.mass of a polypropylene resin and 50-20 pts.mass of polyethylene resin with a Vicat softening point of 80-130°C and 15-50 pts.mass of a filler.
