PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noodle strip coiling machine equipped with a noodle strip roll-up part imparting prescribed twist and tension to each noodle strip during roll-up according to conditions such as atmospheric temperature, humidity or hardness of the noodle strip. SOLUTION: The noodle strip coiling machine is equipped with the roll-up part 5 for rolling up the noodle strip n of a housing tank 12 with roll-up rolls 6, an attenuating part 9 for feeding the rolled up noodle strip n in the prescribed direction and attenuating the noodle strip and a coiling part 16 for coiling the attenuated noodle strip n in the housing tank 12. The roll-up part 5 is provided with a noodle strip guide 2 having an opened hole for passing the noodle strip n rolled up from the housing tank 12 in the vertical direction therethrough in the roll-up part 5 and guide rolls 3 and 4 for guiding the noodle strip n from the roll-up part 5 having the noodle strip guide 2 toward the attenuating part 9. The guide rolls 3 and 4 are composed so as to be approachable or separable from the noodle strip guide 2 and composed so as to be movable in the feeding direction of the noodle strip n to be fed from the noodle strip guide 2 to the attenuating part 9.
