A wire structure of an underground wire cable is provided to support an underground pipe continuously by upwardly supporting an upper support through the extension of a spring when the ground under an underground pipe sinks. A supporting instrument(100) has a cylinder with opened upper/lower ends, an upper support supporting an underground pipe(2), a lower support supported by the underground earth, and a spring compressed and arranged between the upper and the lower supports. An outer case(200) has an upper plate made of light transmitting material, and a receiving unit. First and second measuring instruments are installed at the outer case, and include first and second protective cases inside the outer case, first and second guide bars installed inside the first and second protective cases, first and second moving plates coupled at the first and second guide bars, first and second springs pressing the first and second moving plates, first and second permanent magnets installed at the first and second moving plates, and a plurality of first and second magnetic proximity switches inside the first and second protective cases. First and second wires(400) have one end connected to the lower support, and the other end fixed at the moving plates. A controlling unit transmits data to a central control center by receiving a location signal from the first and second magnetic proximity switches, and controls first and second winders. A light emitting unit(600) is installed in the outer case, and is turned on/off by the controlling unit. |
