A heating, sterilizing and drying appliance using a superheated steam generator is provided to reduce the production cost by simplifying the superheated steam generator, to generate hot steam which is easily permeated into a heated material by minimizing the molecular size of the steam, and to maximize the temperature increasing effect. A heating appliance includes: a saturated steam distributor(10), by selectively distributing saturated steam, from which water generated in a boiler(11) and condensed through a separator(12), is separated, when a valve body(13), composed of more than at least one pair of electronic valves, is opened; a superheated steam generator(20), heating the steam, supplied by the saturated steam distributor, by swirling it through many disks(23), laminated in a combustion room, and by heating it by many superheated steam heaters(22); and a superheated steam supply pipeline(30), spraying the superheated steam, discharged from the combustion room, through a spray pipe(32) towards a heating place(H). |
