The device is used in boilers or reactors for the production of steam for industrial technologies and/or for electric power generation. It contains numerous verticals, striking type, particle separators, made of cooled pipes, and fitted in the CFB boiler in numerous checkered rows. In one embodiment of the device, numerous contact, tightly fitted elements are used, having holes in which the cooled pipes are housed. The contact tightly fitted elements are interconnected in order to form a collector canal, usually of U-shaped form, which separates the particles from the flue gas passing along the particle separators. The overlapping connections in and between the individual contact tightly fitted elements allow their heat expansion and prevent any flow out of the gas and the solid particles. Optionally, the impact-type particle separator (100) include cooled pipes (126), which are interconnected forming a stable intact structure. To the cooled pipes (126), pins are welded having a coating of a refractory material, covered by ceramic bricks, metal or ceramic pulverized coatings, metal or ceramic forms, a welded upper film, and/or screens, securing erosion stability.
