The utility model relates to non-weaved fibrous material used for the preparation of temperature insulating materials in motor industry, in glass plastic arts for producing sea vessels, volumetric reservoirs, as well as in construction for heat insulation, wall reinforcement, floor coverings, waterproof coverings, reinforcement for concrete, plasters, etc. It possesses several times higher tensile strength, higher fireproof temperature, as well as lower specific weight per unit area, using basalt fibers with increased length and reduced thickness. The non-weaved fibrous material is composed of inorganic mineral-based fibers with a fixed length of 12 to 32 mm, as well as organic bond made of resin. The inorganic fibers are obtained from natural basalt, while acrylic dispersion is added to the bond, whereat the inorganic fibers in the cloth composition are 65 to 77 weight percent and the bond represents 35 to 23 weight percent of carbamide-formaldehyde resin.
