摘要 A microinjection device and microinjection method of a material into a cell are provided to quantify the discharge amount of the material to be discharged, inhibit leakage of discharged material and perform on-line correction of flow rate lowering caused by clogging. A microinjection device of liquid into endoplasmic reticulum by pressure comprises: a fluorescence intensity-detecting tool(6) for detecting fluorescence intensity by discharging a first solution(2) containing a fluorescence reagent into a second solution(4) forming no interface with the first solution by using a micro material-discharging device(1); a discharge amount-calculating tool for obtaining the discharge amount of the first solution from the correlation between a predetermined discharge amount and the fluorescence intensity; a calculating tool for obtaining correlation between the discharge amount of the micro material-discharging device, pressure and pressurizing time from the calculated discharge amount; and a regulating tool for regulating the discharge amount by controlling the pressure and pressurizing time based on the correlation between the calculated discharge amount, pressure and pressurizing time.
