An underwater running machine having a delivering device of a new patient and a discharged patient is provided to help a patient who cannot move comfortably and to be used as a rehabilitation device and an exercising device. A door(12) is installed. A walking conveyor(20) is installed inside a water tank body. A water supply tool and a water outlet are installed on the water tank body. Support frames(13,14) are formed to extend from the upper parts of front and rear sides of the water tank body to form a rectangular frame shape. A guide rail(30) is fixed on the center of the upper side of the support frames. A patient is guided into the water tank body along the guide rail. A transfer car(40) is installed on the guide rail to be able to slide horizontally. A delivering member(50) is installed to be able to ascend and descend from the car with a rope(42).
