摘要 The invention relates to a circuit arrangement for generating an IQ signal, which comprises an oscillator (3) and a frequency divider (4). The oscillator (3) and the frequency divider (4) are placed in a common conducting path between the supply potential and reference potential (7, 5) according to the proposed principle. This makes it possible to operate both functional blocks with a common BIAS current and, in addition, to eliminate components. The inventive circuit is particularly suited for generating local oscillator signals in high-frequency receivers in communications technology.
