摘要 <p>The device for production of wood pellets, comprises distribution point for minced wood material, a reservoir (6) for intermediate storage of the minced wood material, a press (9) for the production of pellets from the minced wood material, a cooler (10) for the pressed pellets, a dust separating device for the separation of dust-afflicted processing air in fine particulate and exhaust air, and a crushing device for the wood material. A discharge point of a filling- or sagging device is downstream for the produced pellets. The device for production of wood pellets, comprises distribution point for minced wood material, a reservoir (6) for intermediate storage of the minced wood material, a press (9) for the production of pellets from the minced wood material, a cooler (10) for the pressed pellets, a dust separating device for the separation of dust-afflicted processing air in fine particulate and exhaust air, and a crushing device for the wood material. A discharge point of a filling- or sagging device is downstream for the produced pellets. A frame scaffolds (24) assembled with carrier plates or -grid (25) for the fastening of reservoir, press, and coolers, and the dust separation device are spatially fixed to each other. Casing plates are fastenable at the frame scaffolds. The filling- or sagging device is held in module frame scaffolds that are connectable with the frame scaffolds. The frame scaffolds are connectable with bearing module for the intermediate storage of the produced pellets. The frame scaffolds are connectable with a staircase module as doorway to carrier plates or -grid. An installation part of the reservoir, press, cooler and the dust separation device at the carrier plates or -grid are bound in electric network, which is accessible via an interface of outside of the frame scaffolds. At the frame scaffolds, additional carrier plates or -grid for the fastening of a filter and the crushing device are intended. A feedback for the exhaust air of the dust separation device is intended in the distribution point. The dust separation device is connected to the cooler. A pneumatic suction device between the cooler and the dust separation device is intended for the transport of the process air from the cooler into the dust separation device. The dust separation device is arranged between a transport device and the reservoir. The transport device acts as pneumatic suction device for the transport of the processing air from the distribution point into the dust separation device. Controlling devices such as valves, flaps or slide valve, are intended for regulation of the supplied exhaust air of the distribution point. The dust separation device acts as cyclone dust separator. The crushing device acts as a hammer mill.</p>
