A delivery alarm service system and a system applying the same is provided to enable a recipient to know a delivery time and identify a deliveryman easily by providing delivery time information, article information, and deliveryman ID information through an SMS or an MMS. A member shop comprises a POS(Point Of Sale)(100) to manage sales or order details, a goods database(120), a deliveryman code database(130), a delivery information generator(140) generating the delivery information based on the information received from the POS and the database, and a head office connection module(150) communicating the delivery information and changed member shop information with a head office. The head office comprises a member shop connecting module(200), a deliveryman information database(210), an alarm message generating module(230), and a mobile communication company connecting module(240) transmitting the alarm message to a mobile service terminal. The alarm message generating module generates the final alarm message by accessing the minimum information for identifying the deliveryman in the deliveryman information database.
