A manufacturing method of a shoe outsole is provided to simplify the manufacturing method of a shoe outsole, and to reduce the production cost, man power and error rate. A manufacturing method of a shoe outsole includes: a first step of putting a rubber sheet that is cut according to the size of an outsole forming mold into the outsole forming mold and forming the outsole by pressing; a second step of making a treatment on the upper surface of the outsole(3) for the adhesion with a midsole(4); a third step of putting the outsole into a mid sole forming mold, and pouring polyurethane to form a midsole on an upper surface of the outsole integrally; and a fourth step of completing a shoe outsole(100) by removing forming dregs of the outsole and the midsole that are integrally formed.
