The downward inclined projection formed at the upper cover is inserted into the downward insertion groove of the lower cover when the upper and the lower covers are assembled. Connecting pieces(130,230) on which connection holes are bored are positioned at both end portions of the bodies of the upper and the lower covers. A joining unit(300) is inserted into the connection hole to join and fix the upper and the lower covers.
