The wristwatch has a pressure cell (10) assembled in a housing on a side of a case (2). The housing is closed on an external face of the case by a cover (13). A protecting screen is disposed in the housing to prevent communication in straight line between an opening (32) of an external wall (31) of the cover and an exposed surface (22) of the cell so that transmission path of ambient pressure till the surface is sinuous. The screen has a perforated plate (14) with holes (42) shifted with respect to the opening so that an orthogonal projection of plate`s openings is spaced from the holes.
