The arrangement has three different, parallel, lanes (1, 1`, 7) interconnected with turn-outs (4). Two lanes (1, 1`) are formed such that vehicles (3) are transported at opposite directions to each other. The lane (7) is formed such that it is obtainable by the turn-outs of the lanes (1, 1`). The vehicles that accelerate and brake are loaded, unloaded or lodged on the lanes. A line section is formed on one of the two lanes (1, 1`). An independent claim is also included for a method for servicing a lane arrangement.
