<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact on-vehicle electrical equipment unit with a heat radiation property. SOLUTION: This on-vehicle electrical equipment unit 1 controls a load through semiconductor relays 22A, 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E, and 22F connected to a control substrate 10. A semiconductor relay module 20 having the semiconductor relays 22A, 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E, and 22F mounted on and provided with a connector lead part 23A and a substrate connection lead part 25 connected to the each semiconductor relay and sealing die pad parts 23A, 23B including the semiconductor relays 22A, 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E, and 22F with a resin mold part 21 is arranged on the control substrate 10. An aluminum cover 3 covering the semiconductor relay module 20 keeps in contact with the resin mold part 21.</p> |
