<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a desired misalarming probability. <P>SOLUTION: A target detector is provided with a detector circuit 8 for detecting a demodulated signal in each range bin from a modulating circuit 7, a movement compensation integrating circuit 9 which has an input of a detection signal in each range bin from the detector circuit 8, sets an integrating path estimated for a target which makes the initial range bin a starting point to move, performs incoherent integration processing in the set integrating path, and computes a fixed threshold which corresponds to the initial range bin so that the desired misalarming probability is obtained on the basis of the set integrating path, and an alarm circuit 10 which compares the incoherent integration processing result by the integrating circuit 9 and the fixed threshold which corresponds to the initial range bin and judges a target signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
