<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet medium separation device and an automatic ticket examination device, which can separate the plural number of sheet mediums at the high speed. SOLUTION: This automatic ticket examination device is equipped with a separation means 30 which temporarily holds a sheet medium charged in a charging hole 12, and separates the plural number of charged sheet mediums sheet by sheet, a carrying means 32 carrying the sheet medium separated by the separation means 30, and a ticket examination processing means which reads out magnetic information out of the sheet medium to be carried by the carrying means 32 to process them based on specified regulations so as to release its passage, and informs of the shortage of fee of the sheet medium, the completion of a term of validity and the like.</p> |
