Use of substituted glycerin derivative (I) and/or their salts in the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of e.g. cancer diseases, pathological sequences of alcohol abuse, viral hepatitis, steatohepatitis, acute and chronic pancreatitis, toxic nerve disorder, hepatic insulin resistance diabetes mellitus, liver disorder in Wilson's disease and/or siderosis and ischemic-reperfusion disorder : phosphotidylethanolamineUse of substituted glycerin derivative (I) of formula (R 5-C((R 4)(B 6) 2)-C((R 3)(B 7) 2)-C((R 2)(B 8) 2)-R 1) and/or their salts in the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention or treatment of cancer diseases, pathological sequences of alcohol abuse, viral hepatitis, steatohepatitis, acute and chronic pancreatitis, toxic nerve disorder, hepatic insulin resistance diabetes mellitus, liver disorder in Wilson's disease and/or siderosis, ischemic-reperfusion disorder; as antidote against environmental toxin and medicament intoxication; for the prolongation of resting time of medicament in the organism; and/or to combat toxic side-effect in the dispensation of chemotherapy.
